Mindfulness Meditation

Practice meditation for 3 minutes every day to develop the power to forgive others!

Everyone may have people and things that are hard to forgive in the past, but they often think that the unforgivable is the most hurt, but in fact, we ourselves are the most hurt.

There may be people who really say that you are hard to forgive, but in these people’s minds, they may feel that they are not forgiving. They think “Don’t forgive me, don’t forgive, it doesn’t matter”, so whoever hurts the most in the end must be yourself.

Forgiving others means letting yourself go. The following short method can release your emotions and soul.

1. Sit down: Take a moment to close your eyes or keep a soft gaze towards the ground, and take a deep breath.

2. Imagine a person: Imagine the person who hurt you in your life. It may not be the most extreme example, but it may be a family member, a colleague, or a stranger. Understand the actual event or event that hurt you.

3. Observe and pay attention to feelings: adjust the body, the feelings and emotions that appear at this moment, are there feelings of anger or sadness?

4. Look at your own thoughts: pay attention to the various thoughts flowing around the person. Pay attention to whether there are hatred or malicious thoughts. Persist in the pain from the past to the present, feel this painful feeling of life in your heart. Ask yourself at this moment: Who is suffering? Am I willing to forgive him?

If not at this moment, there is no problem at all. Maybe now is not the time. If so, please continue to practice this simple method. Take a deep breath and admit the pain here. Breathe, forgive and release your inner painful burden.

As long as you find it helpful, you can continue with this exercise.
