Product Return Policy

If there is any problem with the goods you received, please email and contact us within 1 working day from the day you receive the package, together with a photo of the goods in question and clearly indicate the order number and product number, and we will Try to help you solve the problem as soon as possible.

If you are dissatisfied with the goods and ask for a refund, we are very sorry because the style, color and size of the goods do not meet your standards, and the company will not accept the above reasons as reasons for return.

You can apply for a replacement item in the following cases:
  • Item has holes or tatters
  • Different from the size ordered
  • The style is different from the picture
  • The size of the product and the size listed on the product page exceeds the error of more than 5cm
  • Our Staff sent the wrong product
Can it be exchanged for a different style or color?

No, regardless of any of the return regulations, only the same returned product of the same style and color can be exchanged.

After our preliminary evaluation with suppliers in Korea, Japan and other countries and our reply for preliminary confirmation, members need to send it back to our company together with the original packaging within 2 days after the preliminary confirmation, and notify us of the delivery note by email number and other information, otherwise the application expires, and the application for replacement of the product will no longer be accepted.

The following situations are not included in the scope of return:
  • Requesting a refund for taking too long.
  • Individual items are out of stock and other items in the order are required to be refunded.
  • Request a refund for delayed delivery due to shipping issues.
  • The color, style and size of the product cannot be modified for the paid order.
  • For hygiene reasons, all underwear and beauty products are non-refundable.
  • Product has traces of washing.
  • Subjective reasons, such as: extremely small stains, small thread ends, small slag on leather goods, color difference caused by computer display (different monitors, there will be different color differences), material is worse than expected, size is not suitable, and it does not look good when worn, etc.
  • Exceeded the company’s return request period (must be within 1 day after receipt of the item).
  • Within 2 days after the confirmation of the return application, the product that needs to be returned cannot be returned in time.
  • Products with darker colors are discolored, such as denim fabrics that often occur…not a quality problem.
  • In the case of tattered or defective items, the company will only arrange to replace a new item of the same design or model, and no refund will be given.
  • If you arrange to replace a new product of the same design or the same model out of stock, the store will make another arrangement.
